MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY RELATIONS IN THE INTERNATIONAL FAMILY LAW: METHODOLOGY OF REGULATION
As a result of this study, the family law regulation of matrimonial property relations was found to have its specific mechanism which is defined as a single system of legal ways and means providing mainly dispositive legal influence on family relations that allows significant influence of individual self-regulation and restrictions of prohibitions.
