Perturbation Bounds of LR Fuzzy Linear Systems
This paper proposes a new method to discuss the perturbation problem of the LR fuzzy linear systems by an embedding method. By solving the perturbation equation of the original fuzzy linear systems, the respective relative error bounds are analyzed and ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Norms and Spread of the Fibonacci and Lucas RSFMLR Circulant Matrices
Circulant type matrices have played an important role in networks engineering. In this paper, firstly, some bounds for the norms and spread of Fibonacci row skew first-minus-last right (RSFMLR) circulant matrices and Lucas row skew first-minus-last right

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

On the matrix norms of a GCD related matrix [PDF]
In this paper we investigate the matrix norms of a GCD related matrix, i.e., (S-f) = (f (i,j)/(i(r)j(r))) for multiplicative arithmetical functions f. In particular, we obtain upper bounds for the lp norms of (S-f) for f = phi, sigma alpha and psi in terms of infinite prime products.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

Graph regularised sparse NMF factorisation for imagery de‐noising
When utilising non‐negative matrix factorisation (NMF) to decompose a data matrix into the product of two low‐rank matrices with non‐negative entries, the noisy components of data may be introduced into the matrix.

Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...
