Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

On distance signless Laplacian eigenvalues of zero divisor graph of commutative rings
For a simple connected graph $ G $ of order $ n $, the distance signless Laplacian matrix is defined by $ D^{Q}(G) = D(G) + Tr(G) $, where $ D(G) $ and $ Tr(G) $ is the distance matrix and the diagonal matrix of vertex transmission degrees, respectively.

Leavitt path algebras: Graded direct-finiteness and graded $\Sigma$-injective simple modules
In this paper, we give a complete characterization of Leavitt path algebras which are graded $\Sigma $-$V$ rings, that is, rings over which a direct sum of arbitrary copies of any graded simple module is graded injective.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Vibration analysis of rotating rings with complex support stiffnesses
Vibration characteristics of rotating rings with complex support stiffnesses are studied. The complex stiffnesses of the rotating ring include discrete stiffnesses and partially distributed stiffnesses. The governing equations are established by Hamilton’

Perturbations of vortex ring pairs
We study pairs of co-axial vortex rings starting from the action for a classical bosonic string in a three-form background. We complete earlier work on the phase diagram of classical orbits by explicitly considering the case where the circulations of the

A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

This study characterizes the responses of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patient samples to the MCL‐1 inhibitor MIK665. The results revealed that monocytic differentiation is associated with MIK665 sensitivity. Conversely, elevated ABCB1 expression is a potential biomarker of resistance to the treatment, which can be overcome by the combination ...

Tripotents: a class of strongly clean elements in rings
Periodic elements in a ring generate special classes of strongly clean elements. In particular, elements b such that b = b3+, which are called tripotents and include idempotents, negative of idempotents and order 2 units, are strongly clean.

Vehicle–track–tunnel dynamic interaction: a finite/infinite element modelling method
The aim of this study is to develop coupled matrix formulations to characterize the dynamic interaction between the vehicle, track, and tunnel. The vehicle–track coupled system is established in light of vehicle–track coupled dynamics theory.
