Cotargeting TREM2 and IL2 pathways triggers multipronged anticancer immunity
Von Locquenghien et al. report that MiTE‐144, a triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) blocking antibody fused to interleukin‐2 (IL2) variant with tumour microenvironment restricted activation, demonstrates superior anticancer efficiency in a preclinical setting.

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

Strong primeness in matrix rings
A ring \(R\) is right strongly prime if for every nonzero \(a\in R\), there exists a nonempty finite subset \(S\) of \(R\) (called a right insulator for \(a\)) such that the set \(aS\) has a trivial right annihilator. A ring \(R\) is right strongly prime of bound \(n\) if there exists a positive integer \(n\) such that every nonzero element in \(R ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Modelling of rotations by using matrix solutions of nonlinear wave equations
A family of matrix solutions of nonlinear wave equations is extended and its application to modelling is given. It is shown that a similarity transformation, induced by the matrix solution, is equivalent to the rotation.

Rethinking plastic waste: innovations in enzymatic breakdown of oil‐based polyesters and bioplastics
Plastic pollution remains a critical environmental challenge, and current mechanical and chemical recycling methods are insufficient to achieve a fully circular economy. This review highlights recent breakthroughs in the enzymatic depolymerization of both oil‐derived polyesters and bioplastics, including high‐throughput protein engineering, de novo ...

Homologous expression and purification of human HAX‐1 for structural studies
This research protocol provides detailed instructions for cloning, expressing, and purifying large quantities of the intrinsically disordered human HAX‐1 protein, N‐terminally fused to a cleavable superfolder GFP, from mammalian cells. HAX‐1 is predicted to undergo posttranslational modifications and to interact with membranes, various cellular ...

On p.p.-rings which are reduced
Denote the 2×2 upper triangular matrix rings over ℤ and ℤp by UTM2(ℤ) and UTM2(ℤp), respectively. We prove that if a ring R is a p.p.-ring, then R is reduced if and only if R does not contain any subrings isomorphic to UTM2(ℤ) or UTM2(ℤp).
