HPLC Determination of Pesticides in Soybeans using Matrix Solid Phase Dispersion

Journal of Liquid Chromatography & Related Technologies, 2008
Abstract A method to determine six pesticides applied in soy cultivation (imazethapyr, imazaquin, metsulfuron‐methyl, carboxin, chlorimuron‐ethyl, and tebuconazole) using matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) as the extraction technique followed by a clean‐up step, using a C8 co‐column, and subsequent chromatographic analysis by high performance liquid ...

Determination of aflatoxins in peanuts by matrix solid-phase dispersion and liquid chromatography

Journal of Chromatography A, 2003
A new method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) extraction was studied to determine aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 from peanuts. Optimization of different parameters, such as type of solid supports for matrix dispersion and elution solvents were carried out.

Magnetically assisted matrix solid phase dispersion for extraction of parabens from breast milks

Journal of Chromatography A, 2017
In the present work, magnetically assisted matrix solid phase dispersion (MA-MSPD) was used as an efficient solid phase extraction method. MA-MSPD followed by a dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) was applied for determination of parabens in breast milks. The analysis were performed using LC-UV and LC-MS/MS.

Determination of fluoroquinolones in blood by matrix solid‐phase dispersion extraction and CE

Journal of Separation Science, 2011
AbstractA simple and rapid method for the determination of residues of four fluoroquinolones in blood samples was developed. The method was based on matrix solid‐phase dispersion extraction followed by CE with ultraviolet detection. 1‐Butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate aqueous solution was used as the background electrolyte for the separation ...

Matrix solid-phase dispersion as a valuable tool for extracting contaminants from foodstuffs

Journal of Biochemical and Biophysical Methods, 2007
This review updates our knowledge on matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD), a sample treatment procedure that is increasingly used for extracting/purifying contaminants from a variety of solid, semi-solid, viscous, and liquid foodstuffs. MSPD is primarily used because of its flexibility, selectivity, and the possibility of performing extraction and ...

Determination of Aflatoxins in Rice Samples by Ultrasound-Assisted Matrix Solid-Phase Dispersion

Journal of Chromatographic Science, 2014
This work describes the application of ultrasound-assisted matrix solid-phase dispersion as an extraction and sample preparation approach for aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1 and G2) and subsequent determination of them by high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection. A Box-Behnken design in combination with response surface methodology was used

Analysis of Pyrethroid Insecticides in Chironomus dilutus Using Matrix Solid Phase Dispersion Extraction

Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, 2009
A matrix solid phase dispersion method was developed to detect eight pyrethroid insecticides in the aquatic invertebrate, Chironomus dilutus. A mixture of silica gel, diatomaceous earth and primary/secondary amino solid absorbents were selected as the dispersion matrix, while 7% ethyl ether in hexane was used as the elution solvent.

Matrix solid phase dispersion method for determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in moss

Journal of Chromatography A, 2015
In this work a matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction method, followed by programmed temperature vaporization-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination is proposed for the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in moss samples. A devitalized, cultivated Sphagnum palustre L.

Extraction of quercetin from Herba Lysimachiae by molecularly imprinted-matrix solid phase dispersion

Journal of Chromatography B, 2013
A new kind of quercetin molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized and applied as a selective sorbent in matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) for the extraction of quercetin in Herba Lysimachiae. The MIP was prepared by surface imprinting method using quercetin as template, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, trimethylolpropane ...
