Solar RRL, Volume 8, Issue 21, November 2024.A new method is reported to produce perovskite solar cells by 4‐source by coevaporation and a modified hole transport layer (loaded hole transport layer). The best cells reach ≈21% efficiency and comparable performing ≈20% cells maintain their original efficiency after 1000 h of maximum power tracking at 25 °C.
