Trigeminal Neuralgia due to Vertebrobasilar Dolichoectasia
We presented a case of drug‐resistant trigeminal neuralgia attributed to vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia, a rare condition characterized by enlargement, tortuosity, or elongation of intracranial arteries. Dolichoectatic vessels can cause dysfunction of cranial nerves through direct vascular compression.
