[Single maxillary central incisor and holoprosencephaly].
A holoprosencephalic female was born to a mother with a single central maxillary incisor. The newborn had microcephaly, hypotelorism, cebocephaly, palatoschisis, micrognathia, and normal chromosomes. Her brain computed tomography showed alobar holoprosencephaly.
