Permanent maxillary first molar with three mesiobuccal canals
It is mandatory for every clinician to have a thorough knowledge about the normal internal anatomy of teeth; equally important is the awareness about variations in internal anatomy that could be seen with different teeth. The outcome of a root canal therapy depends significantly on the clinician's awareness about root canal anatomy, followed by their ...

Dual‐Targeted Biomimetic MoSe2 Nanozymes for Enhancing Peri‐Implant Soft Tissue Integration
A dual‐targeting biomimetic nanozyme, MoSe2@SPMM, selectively targets Staphylococcus aureus and oxidatively stressed macrophages. Near‐infrared activation couples contact‐enhanced photothermal bacterial eradication with reactive oxygen species scavenging to disrupt the pathogenic–immunological amplification loop.

Excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) and chronic inflammation impair bone marrow‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), contributing to poor healing in osteoporotic jawbone defect. The gelatin methacryloyl hydrogel loaded with manganese‐doped zeolitic imidazolate framework (Mn‐ZIF‐8@GelMA) promotes regeneration through redox regulation and ...

An Unusual Clinical Presentation of a Maxillary Molar with Two Palatal Canals
This clinical scenario describes a maxillary first molar with four canals that required endodontic treatment. The pulp space morphology of the upper molar is highly intricate. The most notable changes include the existence of lateral and auxiliary canals,

ABSTRACT Background The modified endoscopic Denker's (MED) approach provides access to all maxillary sinus (MS) walls for resection of various MS and retromaxillary pathologies, but the anteromedial maxilla has historically been resected. This study determined complication rates and outcomes following MED with pyriform aperture (PA) preservation ...

ABSTRACT This study evaluated angular and linear positional changes of the second mesiobuccal (MB2) canal orifice in maxillary first molars and proposed a guideline for its localization. Twenty‐eight extracted maxillary first molars with four canals were analysed. After access cavity preparation, all canals except MB2 were instrumented. The initial and
