치의학과/석사[한글] 상악 제2대구치 발치는 다양한 이유로 시행되고 있으며, 하악 제2대구치 발치보다 높은 성공률을 보이면서 맹출한 상악 제3대구치의 교합 상태도 대부분 만족할 만하다고 언급되고 있다. 하지만 정확한 교합의 평가를 위한 치아 석고 모형을 이용한 연구는 드물며, 상악 제2대구치 발치 후 상악 제3대구치의 맹출에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해서는 연구마다 결과에 차이가 있었다.
