Radiologic Evaluation of Paranasal Sinuses in Sickle Cell Anemia and Thalassemia: Case–Control Study
This study assessed CT findings in patients with β‐thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, and sickle cell–β‐thalassemia. Significant sinus wall thickening and rare cases of paranasal sinus extramedullary hematopoiesis were observed. These findings may resemble other pathologies and present diagnostic challenges.

Pembrolizumab‐Induced Chronic Rhinosinusitis in a Patient With Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer
We report a rare case of immune‐related chronic rhinosinusitis that developed in a patient with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer who achieved complete remission after 54 cycles of pembrolizumab. Histological analysis revealed predominant CD8+ T lymphocyte infiltration with epithelial destruction in nasal tissue.
