Articulator modification for maxillofacial prosthesis

A modification has been described which will permit the use of a face-bow for maxillofacial prosthesis construction. Any inferior positioning of the maxillary cast can now be compensated for by increasing the condylar inclination to maintain the correct relationship to the occlusal plane.
