Abstract Objective Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is an unusual multisystemic inflammatory disease, with vasculitis of small‐ and medium‐sized vessels, with a predilection for upper lower airways and kidneys. The etiology remains unknown although it may originate from different stimuli, in genetically susceptible patients.
