Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasm of the Pancreas in Children and Adolescents: Expert Recommendations
ABSTRACT Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas (SPN) is a rare low‐grade malignant exocrine pancreatic tumor, mostly discovered during the second decade of life in females, with a very good prognosis, provided microscopically complete surgical excision is achieved.

Immunoglobulin Depletion and Recovery Following Blinatumomab in Infants With KMT2A‐Rearranged ALL
ABSTRACT Adding blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy for infants with KMT2A‐rearranged acute B‐cell lymphoblastic leukemia (KMT2A‐r B‐ALL) improves outcomes. Although blinatumomab impairs immunoglobulin G (lgG) production, increasing infection susceptibility, IgG recovery remains poorly understood.

High-dimensional maximum-entropy phase space tomography using normalizing flows
Particle accelerators generate charged-particle beams with tailored distributions in six-dimensional position-momentum space (phase space). Knowledge of the phase space distribution enables model-based beam optimization and control.

Prediction of maximum annual flood discharges using artificial neural network approaches
The applicability of artificial neural network (ANN) approaches for estimation of maximum annual flows is investigated in the paper. The performance of three neural network models is compared: multi layer perceptron neural networks (MLP_NN), generalized ...

Natural Killer Cells in Paediatric Soft Tissue Sarcomas: A Systematic Review
ABSTRACT Paediatric soft tissue sarcomas (pSTS) are a rare and heterogeneous group of malignant tumours arising in tissues of mesenchymal origin. The role of natural killer (NK) cells in pSTS remains poorly understood, with evidence fragmented across small preclinical studies and early‐phase clinical trials.

Effects of obstacle structures on the movement and deposition of debris flows in storage basins
Storage basins are among the main engineering measures used in debris flow mitigation engineering, but many storage basins lack engineering measures for decreasing the velocity and dissipating the energy of debris flows.

Determining Parental Factors for Clinical Trial Attrition in Pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Despite high enrollment rates on Children's Oncology Group (COG) protocols, attrition after initial consent is challenging, introducing bias and prolonging trial completion. While adult oncology literature has identified predictors of withdrawal, little is known about caregiver decision‐making for child participation in ...
