Generalized local maximum principles for finite-difference operators [PDF]
The generalized local maximum principle for a difference operator L h {L_h} asserts that if L h u ( x ) > 0 {L_h}u(x) > 0 then Γ u \Gamma u cannot

New Permutation-Free Quantum Circuits for Implementing 3- and 4-Qubit Unitary Operations
The article presents the quantum signal-induced heap transform (QsiHT) method of the QR-decomposition of multi-qubit operations. This transform can be generated by a given signal, by using different paths, or orders, of processing the data.

This study presents novel anti‐counterfeiting tags with multilevel security features that utilize additional disguise features. They combine luminescent nanosized Ln‐MOFs with conductive polymers to multifunctional mixed‐matrix membranes and powder composites. The materials exhibit visible/NIR emission and matrix‐based conductivity even as black bodies.

Strong maximum principle for Schrödinger operators with singular potential
We prove that for every p > 1 and for every potential V \in L^{p} , any nonnegative function satisfying −\mathrm{\Delta }u + Vu \geq 0 in an open connected set of

This work demonstrates the successful integration of a phenanthroline‐based 2D COF with MnI catalytic sites into a catholyte‐free membrane‐electrode‐assembly cell for CO2 electroreduction. The crystalline COF actively suppresses Mn⁰–Mn⁰ dimerization, achieving a turnover frequency of 617 h⁻¹ at 2.8 V (full‐cell potential), and enabling stable operation.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
