A control law for an electromagnetic vibration energy harvester is derived using the maximum power transfer theorem. Using regenerative electronics, the controller cancels the reactive portion of the harvester’s impedance by eliminating the effect of mechanical inertia and stiffness elements, and the coil’s electrical inductive element.

Wireless Power Transfer in Massive MIMO Aided HetNets with User Association [PDF]
This paper explores the potential of wireless power transfer (WPT) in massive multiple input multiple output (MIMO) aided heterogeneous networks (HetNets), where massive MIMO is applied in the macrocells, and users aim to harvest as much energy as ...

Maximum power transfer in a real metal slit: an analytic approach.
We present a fully analytic theory to study the power and field enhancement inside a real metal slit. A generalized formula for the reflection coefficient at the interface of the slit is derived.
