Inconsistency Solution Of Maxwell'S Equations
A new solution of Maxwell equations for a vacuum, for wire with constant and alternating current, for the capacitor, for the sphere, etc. is presented. First it must be noted that the proof of the solution's uniqueness is based on the Law of energy conservation which is not observed (for instantaneous values) in the known solution.

Here, we establish a quantitative relationship between the electrostriction coefficient (Q33) of FRPs and their interplanar spacing (d): Q33 = 100(Δd/d0+1) × Q33(s). Using this model, we fabricated high‐performance soft robots, including a biomimetic crawler (with a speed of 27 cm/s) and a butterfly (with a thrust‐to‐weight ratio of 0.71).

Ultrafast Hot‐Carrier Cooling in CsPbBr3 Supercrystals via Long‐Range Electronic Coupling
CsPbBr3 supercrystal self‐assembly, which induces long‐range electronic coupling, enables spatial carrier delocalization that accelerates carrier‐LO phonon scattering and weakens the Auger heating. These effects enable ultrafast, excitation‐intensity‐independent hot‐carrier cooling, offering a trade‐off‐free strategy for high‐performance perovskite ...

All‐Flex Plasma Patch for In Vivo Delivery of Reactive Species
A fully flexible plasma patch enables stable, conformal treatment on complex biological surfaces and enhances transdermal delivery of reactive species. This platform achieves significant tumor suppression in vivo and reveals coordinated regulation of calcium signaling, metabolism, and programmed cell death, providing a promising strategy for safe and ...

Displacement Current in Classical and Quantum Systems
It is certain that electrical properties—whether slow (sec) or fast (nsec), even optical (fsec)—are described by Maxwell’s equations, and there are terms that depend on the rate of the change of the electric and magnetic fields.

Conformal Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces: A Cylindrical Geometry Perspective
Cylindrical reconfigurable intelligent surfaces are explored for low‐complexity beam steering using one‐bit meta‐atoms. A multi‐level modeling approach, including optimization‐based synthesis, demonstrates that even minimal hardware can support directive scattering.

Our work bridges the gap between skyrmion discovery and material design by demonstrating how atomic‐scale control of exchange interactions enables tunable skyrmion phase transitions in centrosymmetric magnetic metals. ABSTRACT Magnetic skyrmions are topologically protected spin states that hold promise for shaping the future of electronics.
