Foxg1 maintains neurogenic progenitor potential in the ventrolateral olfactory epithelium. In control (Foxg1‐cHET) embryos, Foxg1‐expressing progenitors preferentially generate olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs) and support V‐zone expansion. Conditional Foxg1 deletion (Foxg1‐cKO) reduces V‐zone growth and shifts progenitor fate toward sustentacular cells

Abstract Accurate representation of CO2 transport is important for reliable flux inversions with global inversion systems. Previous studies have revealed systematic discrepancies between two widely used global transport models, GEOS‐Chem and TM5, in simulated CO2 distributions at mid‐latitudes.

Here it is revealed that the costimulatory receptors CD27 and ICOS are essential for the long‐term maintenance of PD‐1high CD8+ TRM cells following influenza infection. PD‐L1 blockade enhances the proliferation and activation of these cells through Nur77 activation downstream of the CD27/ICOS signaling axis, thereby boosting host immunity against ...

MS436 competitively binds to the BD1 domain of Brd4, thereby suppressing Brd4 induced degradation of tight junction proteins via the Rnf43‐Fzd4‐β‐catenin signaling pathway. Consequently, this attenuation of degradation reduces blood‐brain barrier leakage, leading to an improved overall prognosis after stroke.

Abstract INTRODUCTION White matter hyperintensities (WMH) are common in Down syndrome (DS), yet their longitudinal evolution and associations with Alzheimer's disease (AD) remain unclear. METHODS Longitudinal MRI study, including 80 DS adults and 53 euploid controls. WMH were segmented on serial FLAIR using a longitudinal pipeline.
