Probabilistic Lesion Mapping to Optimize Thalamotomy Targets for Focal Hand Dystonia

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, EarlyView.
Objective Focal hand dystonia (FHD) severely impairs task‐specific motor control, yet the optimal surgical target for stereotactic intervention remains uncertain. This study aimed to identify the precise thalamic lesion site associated with symptomatic improvement and to clarify its network connectivity. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 164 patients

GAN‐LSTM‐3D: An efficient method for lung tumour 3D reconstruction enhanced by attention‐based LSTM

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView., 2023
Abstract Three‐dimensional (3D) image reconstruction of tumours can visualise their structures with precision and high resolution. In this article, GAN‐LSTM‐3D method is proposed for 3D reconstruction of lung cancer tumours from 2D CT images. Our method consists of three phases: lung segmentation, tumour segmentation, and tumour 3D reconstruction. Lung

SSZ‐13‐Zeolith mit Isolierten Co2+‐Zentren als ein Effizientes und Beständiges Katalysatorsystem für die Nichtoxidative Ethandehydrierung

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

SSZ‐13 Zeolite with Isolated Co2+ Sites as an Efficient and Durable Catalyst System for Non‐Oxidative Ethane Dehydrogenation

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
Catalysts with the isolated Co2+ species in the 6MR (Co2+─Z2) and 8MR ([Co(OH)]+─Z) windows of the SSZ‐13 zeolite were synthesized for non‐oxidative ethane dehydrogenation to ethene. The Co2+─Z2 species demonstrate an unexpectedly high rate of ethene formation in comparison with the ([Co(OH)]+─Z species.

ANN Approach to Predict the Flow Stress of CMn (Nb-Ti-V) Micro Alloyed Steel

open access: yesFracture and Structural Integrity, 2019
The hot behaviour of micro-alloy steel CMn (Nb-Ti-V) was studied using hot compression tests in a wide range of temperatures (700 to 1050 °C, step 50 °C), deformation rates (0.000794, 0.0029 and 0.01436 s-1) and true deformation rates of 0 to 0.8.

Unidirectional MCM translocation away from ORC drives origin licensing

open access: yesNature Communications
The MCM motor of the eukaryotic replicative helicase is loaded as a double hexamer onto DNA by the Origin Recognition Complex (ORC), Cdc6, and Cdt1. ATP binding supports formation of the ORC-Cdc6-Cdt1-MCM (OCCM) helicase-recruitment complex where ORC ...

CO2 Adsorption on Mesoporous Silica Using Response Surface Methodology (RSM)

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The aim of the current study is to investigate the CO2 adsorption on the mesoporous silica. The adsorbent was characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, and N2 adsorption desorption. The adsorption isotherms of carbon dioxide (CO2) on the silica were investigated using a static volumetric method at various temperatures.
