Ultrafast Vertical Organic Electrochemical Transistors With Ion‐Permeable Conductive Polymer Top Electrodes

Vertical organic electrochemical transistors (vOECTs) are limited in speed by ion‐impermeable metal electrodes that slow ion injection.
