Stability Analysis and Robust H∞ Control of Switched Stochastic Systems with Time-Varying Delay

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
The problems of mean-square exponential stability and robust H∞ control of switched stochastic systems with time-varying delay are investigated in this paper.

Microstructure Modification of Additively Manufactured Mo–9Si–8B by Annealing and Its Effects on High‐Temperature Mechanical Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Postbuild annealing systematically modifies the phase fractions and morphology of EB‐PBF processed Mo–9Si–8B. Quantitative microstructure–property correlations reveal how controlled phase evolution enhances high‐temperature compressive strength and creep resistance.

Stability of Analytical and Numerical Solutions for Nonlinear Stochastic Delay Differential Equations with Jumps

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2012
This paper is concerned with the stability of analytical and numerical solutions for nonlinear stochastic delay differential equations (SDDEs) with jumps. A sufficient condition for mean-square exponential stability of the exact solution is derived. Then,

H Control of Discrete-Time Stochastic Systems With Borel-Measurable Markov Jumps

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
This paper is concerned with a kind of discrete-time stochastic systems with Markov jump parameters taking values in a Borel measurable set. First, both strong exponential stability and exponential stability in the mean square sense are introduced for ...

Existence and Hyers–Ulam stability of stochastic integrodifferential equations with a random impulse

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2023
The theoretical approach of random impulsive stochastic integrodifferential equations (RISIDEs) with finite delay, noncompact semigroups, and resolvent operators in Hilbert space is investigated in this article.

Superlubricity and Corrosion Inhibition Properties of Solvate Ionic Liquids in Hybrid Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic–Steel Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Solvate ionic liquids lubrication reduced the coefficient of friction by ∼60% compared to dry sliding, reaching steady‐state values as low as 0.04–0.05. Corrosion weight‐loss measurements in 1 M HCl further demonstrated significant inhibition behavior, with only 100 ppm of [Li(G3)][TFSI] (∼68.5 μL/L) reducing corrosion‐product weight loss by 63 ...

Square-mean piecewise almost automorphic mild solutions to a class of impulsive stochastic evolution equations

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2020
In this paper, we introduce the concept of square-mean piecewise almost automorphic function. By using the theory of semigroups of operators and the contraction mapping principle, the existence of square-mean piecewise almost automorphic mild solutions ...

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.
