Exploratory Analysis of ELP1 Expression in Whole Blood From Patients With Familial Dysautonomia
ABSTRACT Background Familial dysautonomia (FD) is a hereditary neurodevelopmental disorder caused by aberrant splicing of the ELP1 gene, leading to a tissue‐specific reduction in ELP1 protein expression. Preclinical models indicate that increasing ELP1 levels can mitigate disease manifestations.

Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization
ABSTRACT Objective Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.

Exponential Stability and Numerical Methods of Stochastic Recurrent Neural Networks with Delays
Exponential stability in mean square of stochastic delay recurrent neural networks is investigated in detail. By using Itô’s formula and inequality techniques, the sufficient conditions to guarantee the exponential stability in mean square of an ...

For stochastic differential equations (SDEs) whose drift and diffusion coefficients can grow super-linearly, the equivalence of the asymptotic mean square stability between the underlying SDEs and the partially truncated Euler–Maruyama method is studied.

Will Memantine Exacerbate Seizures in People With Epilepsy? A Prospective Cohort Study
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate whether add‐on memantine would exacerbate seizures in people with epilepsy. Methods This was a prospective cohort study. People with epilepsy diagnosed with cognitive impairment were consecutively invited. Those who agreed were followed up for at least 24 weeks.

Association of Corticospinal Tract Asymmetry With Ambulatory Ability After Intracerebral Hemorrhage
ABSTRACT Background Ambulatory ability after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is important to patients. We tested whether asymmetry between ipsi‐ and contra‐lesional corticospinal tracts (CSTs) assessed by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is associated with post‐ICH ambulation.

Mean square stability for discrete linear stochastic systems.
Several results concerning asymptotical mean square stability of the null solution of specific linear stochastic systems are presented and proven. It is shown that the mean square stability of the implicit Euler method, taken from the monography of Kloeden and Platen (1992) and applied to linear stochastic differential equations, is necessary for the ...
