A Note on Exponential Stability for Numerical Solution of Neutral Stochastic Functional Differential Equations

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
This paper examines the numerical solutions of the neutral stochastic functional differential equation. This study establishes the discrete stochastic Razumikhin-type theorem to investigate the exponential stability in the mean square sense of the Euler ...

Mean square exponential stability analysis of stochastic cellular neural networks

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2008
The stability of stochastic delayed cellular neural networks (SDCNN) is investigated in this paper. The interconnections and delays appeared in such networks are time-variable. A set of novel sufficient conditions on mean square exponential stability is given. A numerical example is also given to illustrate the effectiveness of our results.

Stability of Stochastic Delayed Recurrent Neural Networks

open access: yesMathematics
This paper addresses the stability of stochastic delayed recurrent neural networks (SDRNNs), identifying challenges in existing scalar methods, which suffer from strong assumptions and limited applicability.

Mean-square exponential stability for the hysteretic Hopfield neural networks with stochastic disturbances

open access: yesSystems Science & Control Engineering, 2018
In this paper, the exponential stability problem is considered for a class of hysteretic Hopfield neural networks with stochastic disturbances. The hysteretic nonlinearities are characterized by a Lipschitz-type constraint where the internal parameters ...

Convergence and stability of the exponential Euler method for semi-linear stochastic delay differential equations

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2017
The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the strong convergence and exponential stability in mean square of the exponential Euler method to semi-linear stochastic delay differential equations (SLSDDEs).

Almost sure and moment exponential stability in the numerical simulation of stochastic differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Relatively little is known about the ability of numerical methods for stochastic differential equations (SDEs) to reproduce almost sure and small-moment stability.

Mean-square exponential input-to-state stability of stochastic quaternion-valued neural networks with time-varying delays

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2021
In this paper, we first consider the stability problem for a class of stochastic quaternion-valued neural networks with time-varying delays. Next, we cannot explicitly decompose the quaternion-valued systems into equivalent real-valued systems; by using ...

Mean-square exponential stabilization of mixed-autonomy traffic PDE system

open access: yesAutomatica
Control of mixed-autonomy traffic where Human-driven Vehicles (HVs) and Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) coexist on the road has gained increasing attention over the recent decades. This paper addresses the boundary stabilization problem for mixed traffic on freeways.
