Flow and Sediment Assessment in a cut off Meander of karun River using CCHE2D Model [PDF]
Rivers are the main sources of water for various uses, so consideration of the hydraulic conditions and sedimention is of great importance and necessity to completely investigation.

Experiments and thermophysical simulations were conducted to investigate the electron beam powder bed fusion electron beam (PBF‐EB/M) process for the γ′‐strengthened nickel‐based superalloy Inconel 738LC. The results demonstrate the impact of process‐induced microstructural variations on high‐temperature mechanical behavior, providing a basis for ...

Freely meandering rivers flow through gently sloping plains composed of loess and fluvial sediments. Low-gradient alluvial plains are formed without the influence of landscape features such as rock outcrops or other features that distort the flow path ...

Digitalizing electroplating requires both domain knowledge and interoperability. This work introduces PlatOn, a domain ontology for trivalent chromium plating and coating characterization, and a hybrid pipeline that aligns it to a mid‐level reference ontology by combining eight similarity metrics with language model reasoning. Expert‐validated mappings

Dynamics of a Meandering River [PDF]
We present a statistical model of a meandering river on an alluvial plane which is motivated by the physical non-linear dynamics of the river channel migration and by describing heterogeneity of the terrain by noise. We study the dynamics analytically and numerically.

Architecture‐Driven Sensor Stability in Weft‐Knitted Engineering Textiles
Textile‐integrated sensor architectures are systematically compared to evaluate their electromechanical behavior under combined mechanical and environmental loading. Pocket‐based integration exhibits stable and reproducible signals, whereas tunnel‐based routing shows higher sensitivity accompanied by increased variability.

Self‐Cleaning Sensor Surfaces for Long‐Term Environmental Monitoring
Long‐term use of unattended outdoor sensors without soiling or biofouling is achieved through generation of a micro‐ and nanorough cuvette surface by combing hydrophobic nanoparticles with fluorinated polymers, crosslinked and surface‐attached through CHic chemistry. The coating demonstrates self‐cleaning behavior and prolonged outdoor stability, which

Universal Thesis of Meanders [PDF]
Proposed is a universal thesis of meanders: In any flow, the main thread of flow that is the locus of the fastest fluid particle in each the cross-section governs the whole meandering of flow. The main thread of flow plays the critical role in ...
