Durch das Meca-Medina-Urteil des EuGH hielt die rechtfertigende Berücksichtigung sportbezogener Faktoren Einzug in das europäische Kartellrecht und steht inzwischen im Mittelpunkt vieler sportkartellrechtlicher Verfahren. Die vorliegende Arbeit hat sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, diesen Ansatz in all seinen Facetten zu analysieren.
