Responses of Broiler Chickens to Diets of Different Nutritional Planes Supplemented With or Without Organic Acids

The study evaluated the response of broilers to diets of different nutritional planes supplemented with or without organic acids. Two hundred and forty broiler chicks were used. Different diet types were supplemented with 4, 6 and 8 g/kg organic acid. Organic acid supplementation had beneficial impacts on broilers.

This study aims to determine whether Zataria multiflora, Salvia officinalis and probiotics could improve gut microbiota, jejunal histology, immunological responses and performance of laying hens. Feeding 0.01% probiotics and 0.4% Z. multiflora decreased the intestinal Escherichia coli and Salmonella enumerations.
