Axial Torsion of Gangrenous Meckel’s Diverticulum Causing Small Bowel Obstruction
Meckel’s diverticulum (MD) is a commonly encountered congenital anomaly of the small intestine. We report an extremely unusual case of an axially torted, gangrenous MD presenting as acute intestinal obstruction.
