Abstract Obscure gastrointestinal bleeding (OGIB), defined in 2010, involves bleeding from the GI tract that remains unexplained after standard diagnostic procedures. OGIB, which accounts for about 5% of all GI bleeds, poses diagnostic and management challenges, particularly due to the anatomical features of the small intestine.

This study aims to determine whether Zataria multiflora, Salvia officinalis and probiotics could improve gut microbiota, jejunal histology, immunological responses and performance of laying hens. Feeding 0.01% probiotics and 0.4% Z. multiflora decreased the intestinal Escherichia coli and Salmonella enumerations.

Transforming Feather Meal Into a High‐Performance Feed for Broilers
The study evaluated the effectiveness of three feather meal processing methods as soybean meal replacements in broiler diets. Hydrolyzed feather meal treated with enzymes or bacteria showed similar performance to the control, while boiled feather meal significantly reduced bird growth and digestibility.

A Case Report of Inguinal Hernia Sac Lithiasis
We report a case of a stone in inguinal hernia sac. A 41‐year‐old male patient presented to Hakim Hospital in Neyshabur city, Iran, with complaints of pain and swelling in the right abdominal region. After initial evaluations, a diagnosis of right inguinal hernia was made, and the patient was scheduled for hernioplasty.
