Anadolu Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi Dergisi, 2023 Küreselleşmenin gelişimiyle artan ilişkiler neticesinde ortaya farklı uyuşmazlıklar çıkar. Bu uyuşmazlıkların çözümü için de farklı uyuşmazlık çözüm yöntemleri geliştirilir. Bu amaçla geliştirilmiş bir yöntem de Med-Arb yöntemidir.
