This study is a systematic review and meta‐analysis comparing bevacizumab‐, temozolomide‐, and lomustine‐based treatments for recurrent glioblastoma. The findings suggest that monotherapy, particularly bevacizumab, may provide better clinical outcomes with fewer adverse events than combination regimens.
