Advanced Science, EarlyView.To model a nutrient‐restricted tumor microenvironment, breast cancer cells were adapted to low glucose and glutamine levels. In the adapted cells, BRD4‐driven enhancer activation increases pro‐invasive EDN1 expression, facilitated by ATF3/c‐JUN and reinforced by enhancer RNA.

Shewanella oneidensis reduces spent LiNixCoyMn1‐x‐yO2 cathodes via extracellular electron transfer, while Bacillus subtilis removes residual ethanol to eliminate inhibition.

TP53 Loss Elevates NF‐κB‐IFN‐β‐MHC‐Ia Signaling to Promote NK Cell Resistance in Osteosarcoma
Advanced Science, EarlyView.TP53 loss in a transforming or osteosarcoma cell promotes cytosolic DNA accumulation, activating NF‐κB‐dependent IFN‐β production. Autocrine IFN‐β signaling increases cell‐surface HLA‐Ia expression, strengthens inhibitory KIR signaling in natural killer cells, and thereby enables the affected cell to evade NK cell‐mediated cytotoxicity.
