Optimal Grazing Exclusion Duration to Enhance Soil Carbon Sequestration in Degraded Grasslands
Across China, grazing exclusion reaches the national mean soil organic carbon recovery benchmark sooner in high‐MAP regions (> 500 mm), but recovery is much slower where MAP < 300 mm. Scaling this strategy to 70% of China's degraded grasslands would sequester about 1.52 Pg of soil carbon over 10 years—roughly 17% of annual global fossil‐fuel emissions.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,

TaMYB7‐A1 directly activates TaABI5 to enhance ABA signaling and regulate ABA‐GA homeostasis, enforcing seed dormancy. Its superior allele, derived from wild einkorn introgression, harbors a MITE insertion that elevates expression and two amino acid substitutions that enhance transcriptional activity, collectively generating graded PHS resistance for ...

Media development effectiveness of geography 3d muckups
Geography examines geosphere phenomena that occurs in a space associated with humans on earth's surface. Media 3D models are an important visual media in presenting spatial objects on the earth's surface. This study aims to develop a decent 3D mockups media used for learning materials and test the effectiveness of media geography 3D mockups on learning

Secreted Nonstructural Protein 3 is a Pathogenic Determinant of Orbivirus
This study uncovers a conserved PIP2‐dependent secretory pathway of orbivirus NS3 that induces vascular leakage. Pharmacological disruption of PIP2‐NS3 interaction significantly reduces viral pathogenicity and provides protective efficacy in murine models, establishing PIP2‐mediated NS3 secretion as both a key virulence determinant and a promising ...
