TET1 Inhibition Promotes Therapeutic Sensitivity in TP53‐Mutant GBM by Influencing Genome Fragility and Altering TAMs Biology

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In TP53mut GBM cells, reduced P53 function is associated with increased TET1 expression. Genetic or pharmacological inhibition of TET1 correlates with genome fragility, including DNA damage, cellular senescence, telomere shortening, and reactive oxygen species accumulation, which may contribute to increased efficacy of antitumor therapy.

TRAF6 Lactylation in Glycolytic Macrophages Drives NF‐κB Signaling and M1 Polarization During Orthodontic Tooth Movement

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic diagram showing compressive stress triggers glycolytic reprogramming and lactate accumulation in macrophages. Lactate mediates TRAF6 lactylation at K171/K180 dual sites, which enhances its K63‐linked ubiquitination to activate the NF‑κB pathway and promote M1 polarization. This cascade drives orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) and alveolar bone

Intermittent Fasting Restores Cardiac Lipid Homeostasis in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy in Association With Akkermansia Muciniphila and 1‐methyl‐L‐histidine

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Intermittent fasting reshapes the gut microbiota in diabetic cardiomyopathy, restoring Akkermansia muciniphila and the microbiota‐associated metabolite 1‐methyl‐L‐histidine. This shift is linked to improved cardiac lipid homeostasis, reduced lipid peroxidation, and attenuated myocardial injury, highlighting a gut microbiota–metabolite–lipid axis in ...
