Efficacy and Safety of DVDMS‐Photodynamic Therapy for Dysphagia in Advanced Esophageal Cancer: A Phase II Clinical Trial

In this single‐arm Phase II trial, cosiporfin sodium‐mediated photodynamic therapy demonstrated efficacy in alleviating dysphagia and improving quality of life for patients with advanced esophageal cancer, with rapid onset, sustained efficacy, and good tolerability.
