ABSTRACT We report a rare case of thymic metastasis of ovarian serous carcinoma. A 72‐year‐old woman who had undergone surgery for low‐grade serous carcinoma of the ovary and had been free of disease for 25 years was noted to have rising CA‐125 levels. Further workup revealed a mediastinal mass on imaging.

To shunt or not to shunt a pulmonary adenomatoid cystic malformation after 33 weeks of gestation: a case report

CONTEXT: Macrocystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung can cause severe mediastinal shift, hydrops and polyhydramnios, thereby increasing the risk of perinatal deaths. After 33 weeks of gestation, repeated puncturing of the cyst is recommended.

MET Exon 14 Skipping Mutation‐Positive Lung Cancer With Multiple Cystic Airspaces: A Case Report

Lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces is rare and may be misdiagnosed as a benign or inflammatory condition. This case demonstrates advanced lung adenocarcinoma with multiple cystic lung lesions and a cystic brain metastasis harbouring a MET exon 14 skipping mutation, which showed a marked response to MET inhibition.
