EUS‐B‐FNA Enabled Pathological Diagnosis After Airway Stenting due to Severe Stenosis by Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
After silicone Y‐stent placement, endoscopic ultrasound with bronchoscope‐guided fine‐needle aspiration (EUS‐B‐FNA) was performed. ABSTRACT A 49‐year‐old man with severe airway stenosis and SVC syndrome underwent urgent Y‐stent placement before diagnosis. Subsequent EUS‐B‐FNA enabled adenocarcinoma diagnosis.

Huge Intrathoracic Lipoma Occupying the Right Hemithorax

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
Incidental discovery of a massive intrathoracic lipoma occupying nearly the entire right hemithorax, causing lung collapse and mediastinal shift. Computed tomography demonstrated a well‐circumscribed fat‐attenuation mass with thin septations and no solid components. Image‐guided biopsy confirmed a benign lipoma.

Lymph Node‐Targeted Nanomaterials for Controlled Nano‐Immunotherapy

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
This study primarily investigates lymph node‐targeted immunotherapeutic strategies, focusing on the mechanisms of immune response regulation within lymph nodes. By targeting distinct immune signaling pathways, we systematically explore the development of nanodrug delivery systems specifically designed for lymph node targeting to achieve enhanced ...
