Extraordinarily Slow, Non‐Metastatic Progression of Primary Mediastinal Small Cell Carcinoma
This case demonstrates the extremely slow and non‐metastatic progression of untreated mediastinal small cell carcinoma over long‐term follow‐up. This highlights the importance of distinguishing between rare malignant tumours and benign lymphadenopathy to enable timely treatment. ABSTRACT We report a rare untreated mediastinal small cell carcinoma (MSCC)

Endobronchial metastasising ameloblastoma is an exceptionally rare cause of airway obstruction, typically associated with poor response to bronchoscopic intervention. We describe a case of bilateral endobronchial metastases presenting 31 years after mandibular resection, successfully managed with bronchial artery embolization, cryodebulking, and airway

Pulmonary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) is a rare neoplasm with variable behaviour, and its link to autoimmunity remains uncertain. We report a woman in her twenties with recurrent symptoms and radiological progression whose findings suggested autoimmune‐associated IMT, showing marked improvement with immunosuppressive therapy.
