Boosting the Charge Output of Enclosed Liquid‐Based Nanogenerators by Electrowetting‐Assisted Charge Injection Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study introduces an electrowetting‐assisted charge injection (EWCI) approach to significantly enhance the charge density of enclosed liquid‐based nanogenerators (EW‐NGs). By leveraging EWCI, the volumetric output charge density reaches 19.1 mC m⁻3, a ninefold improvement over the conventional methods. Successfully powering a 10‐inch LCD screen, the

Low‐Temperature Annealing Triggered Abnormal Strengthening in a Complex Concentration Alloy via Evolutive Short‐Range Ordering

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Low‐temperature annealing enhances strength, ductility, and work hardening in CoNiV MEA. This originates from multi‐scale chemical short‐range orderings (SROs) formed during annealing, which promote dislocation slip planarity and reduce entanglement, enabling balanced mechanical properties through ordering strengthening.
