ABSTRACT Objective Human T‐lymphotropic virus type 1 (HTLV‐1)‐associated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis (HAM/TSP) is the classic neurological manifestation of HTLV‐1 infection; however, this virus has also been associated with other neurological disorders.
