Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study introduces a self‐assembling protein scaffold engineered from Methanococcus jannaschii via disulfide bonds, enabling efficient in vivo assembly of bulky enzymes into helical structures without conjugation. Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.A highly robust double memristor based on a molybdenum oxide‐molybdenum sulfide/perovskite heterojunction is demonstrated. Good resistive switching behavior with an endurance of 100 cycles, high retention of 2·× 104 s, and ON/OFF ratio of ≈102 is reported to emulate successfully the biosynapse's behavior.
