The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.

Nanoengineered Binetworks in Multifunctional Anionic Block Polymer Mesoblends for Improved Mechanical Properties

Mesoblends consist of a nanostructured polymer into which a second polymer is imbibed with a selective solvent. In this work, a solvent‐templatable pentablock terpolymer possessing a sulfonated midblock is modified with a hydrophilic polymer that is photocrosslinked in situ, yielding a hierarchical binetwork.

Management of medical wastes in tumor hospital

[目的]探讨肿瘤医院医疗废物的规范化管理办法。[方法]介绍和比较国内外医疗废物的处置概况及其优缺点,找出适合肿瘤医院废物的处置办法。我院对医疗废物的处理采用专人负责,记录种类、数量及去向等,对医疗废物的收集、运送、贮存、处置全过程实行严格管理的办法。[结果]保证了医疗废物无遗漏和丢失,达到了国家要求标准。[结论]在郊区建立大型焚烧炉,集中处置医疗废物是适合我区目前对医疗废物的处置办法,也是肿瘤医院处置医疗废物的唯一办法。高压蒸汽法和电磁波法等非焚烧技术是未来对医疗废物的处置趋势。
