Increased Early‐Mortality in Children With Solid Tumors During the COVID‐19 Pandemic in a Middle‐Income Country

During the COVID‐19 pandemic, an increase in the risk of early‐mortality in children with solid malignant tumors was observed, specifically in bone tumors and retinoblastoma. Furthermore, patients were diagnosed at more advanced stages and the main cause of death was progressive disease.
