Development of Betalactam‐Predictor: A Clinical Decision Tool for Delabeling Low‐Risk Betalactam Allergy Patients. Initial Validation in Penicillin Allergy

BL‐Predictor has emerged as a new tool for delabeling penicillin allergy. External validation has shown a specificity of 93% for detecting low‐risk patients. This score could potentially reduce diagnostic costs and the negative consequences associated with incorrect antibiotic allergy labels.

Frequency and Severity of Allergic Reactions to Non‐Mandatory Labelled Allergenic Foods—Data From Two Large European Cohorts

In two large European cohorts, 589 reactions to non‐mandatory labelled plant‐based foods were identified with sunflower seed, pine nut, pea and lentil as the most frequent triggers. Determinants of Poor Health‐Related Quality of Life in Patients With Food Allergy

Machine‐learning analysis of 502 well‐characterised food‐allergic patients was used to identify key determinants of poor FA‐HRQL, defined as FAQLQ ≥ 5. The most relevant predictors were adult age, female sex, multiple food allergies, severe reactions, need for urgent care, onset before 18 years, and longer disease duration.
