De medidas positivas a medidas vectoriales

open access: yes, 2016
We present a theoretical study of signed measures, complex measures and vector measures. The study is focused on the Radon-Nikodym Theorem and the Riesz representation Theorem (its various versions). Complex Radon measures over locally compact Hausdorff spaces are extensively treated. Regarding vector measures, we aim to provide a vision deep enough on

Chrysoperla externa (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) as a Potential Biological Control Agent of Raoiella indica (Acari: Tenuipalpidae)

open access: yesEntomologia Experimentalis et Applicata, EarlyView.
First and third instar Chrysoperla externa showed efficient predatory capacity at low R. indica density, but second instar C. externa exhibits a density‐dependent predatory ability. The lacewing C. externa shows promise as a biocontrol agent for R. indica in coconut because it consumed 8362 R. indica females across all its larval instars.

Lennox–Gastaut syndrome unveiled: Advancing diagnosis, therapies, and advocacy‐insights from the Genoa International Workshop

Fight song: variation in singing behaviour and song structure during natural agonistic interactions in a tropical songbird, Adelaide's Warbler (Setophaga adelaidae)

open access: yesIbis, EarlyView.
Birds may use their singing behaviours and song structure as agonistic signals in territorial encounters. We conducted an observational study to test this hypothesis in male Adelaide's Warblers Setophaga adelaidae, a tropical songbird that defends a territory year‐round.
