The Influence of the Medium on Plug Seedlings of Tomato and their Growth after Transplanting
, 2014 十三種供試育苗介質主要是由白泥炭苔及黑泥炭苔所組成，並含有不同比例的真珠石、蛭石、、砂及吸水劑等而使用介質理化性互有不同。在番茄育苗後期(42天)，供試介質之充氣孔隙比育苗前明顯升高；容器容水量比育苗前大幅下降；總孔隙度比育苗前明顯成互有高低的情形；總體密度只呈小幅變化；pH值趨近灌溉水的pH值(6.8~7.0)；而EC值比育苗前大幅下降。綜合在育苗後期各項指標顯示，番茄以PR7A、N1、滿地王3及PG-H等介質所育苗者，其生育情形最佳。但介質物理性範圍無一定規則，而其化學特性pH值在5.52~5.78、

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.
