Medulloblastoma/Non-Medulloblastoma Embryonal Tumors
2018Medulloblastoma and supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors (sPNETs) are embryonal brain tumors and are the most common malignant brain tumors in the pediatric population. Current therapy for these children most often includes a multi-modality approach including surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.

A case of cerebellar lipomatous medulloblastoma in a 55-year-old male subject, clinically presenting with signs of intracranial hemorrhage and cerebellar dysfunction, is described. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed an enhancing irregular vermian lesion invading the left cerebellar hemisphere.
