ABSTRACT Intra‐abdominal hemorrhage is an extremely rare complication of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). We report a case of intra‐abdominal bleeding that occurred after ERCP for choledocholithiasis with cholangitis in a patient with a cascade stomach.

Obstructive jaundice and melena caused by hemocholecyst: a case report.
A hemocholecyst (HC) is a clot-filled gallbladder caused by bleeding into its lumen. Obstructive jaundice caused by the compression of HC to the hilar biliary tract is likely to be misdiagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma and is extremely rare.

Melena-associated regional portal hypertension caused by splenic arteriovenous fistula.
Regional portal hypertension is a rare cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. We reported an extremely rare case in which regional portal hypertension was associated with both the splenic arteriovenous fistula and chronic pancreatitis.
