Nematologica, 1961Tracks of the plant-parasitic nematode, Meloidogyne incognita incognita, were obtained on a nutrient 2% agar medium from which free surface water had been allowed to evaporate. Under the experimental conditions used there was no apparent polarity of the tracks toward actively growing tomato roots or seedlings.
