General documents on fuzzy description logic are rarely concerned with construction approaches of membership functions in fuzzy sets. We present a theoretical framework of hierarchically constructing membership functions, called naive membership function model, by using the theory of type 2 fuzzy sets and of level 2 fuzzy sets in fuzzy sets.
