Pathologic assessment of resected stage III non‐small cell lung cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy: identification of additional prognostic factors

Multiple pathological variables are associated with prognosis in resected NSCLC at stage III undergoing neoadjuvant treatment, namely vascular, perineural and pleural infiltration, proliferation index, pathological response, fibrosis and presence of lymphocytes in the tumour bed.
